Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026  ·  Effective: June 12, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Al-Haqq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Al-Haqq is operated by Mustafa Muhammad, based in Canada. The Service is accessible at alhaqq.it.com.

2. What Al-Haqq Is

Al-Haqq is a Quran-only Islamic myth-debunking database and debate-training platform. All content is presented for educational and informational purposes. Al-Haqq does not constitute religious legal rulings (fatwa), theological authority, or scholarly certification.

All rebuttals and citations are based on the Quran alone. Hadith are not cited as religious authority.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Current price: $2.99 CAD/month. Founding members who subscribe at the current rate lock this price for the lifetime of their subscription.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Subscriber benefits include:

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, contracts, or minimum commitment periods.

To cancel:

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date. No partial-month refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case promptly.

To request a refund: must.muhammad49@gmail.com

6. Free Content

A portion of the Al-Haqq database is freely accessible without a subscription. Free access may change over time as we expand the platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

8. Intellectual Property

The Al-Haqq database, written content, UI, and code are the property of Mustafa Muhammad. Quranic verses are from the public domain. You may quote individual entries for educational, debate, or dawah purposes with attribution to Al-Haqq.

9. Disclaimer

Al-Haqq is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content. Islamic scholarship is a broad field — we present one methodological approach (Quran-only) and do not claim to represent the full range of Islamic scholarly opinion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Al-Haqq and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
