We retain your email address only as long as you have an active Stripe subscription. When your subscription ends and is fully closed, your data is retained only as long as required by Stripe's data retention policies and applicable Canadian law. Al-Haqq is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Subscriber access tokens are generated using HMAC-SHA256 and are not stored on our servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Al-Haqq after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
