Al-Haqq ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Mustafa Muhammad, based in Canada. Al-Haqq is a Quran-only Islamic myth-debunking database and debate-training platform, accessible at alhaqq.it.com.

2. What Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide our service:
- Email address — when you subscribe, provided to our payment processor (Stripe) and used to verify your subscriber access.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Usage data — we use basic server logs (provided by Netlify) which may include IP addresses and browser type. We do not use tracking pixels, ad trackers, or third-party analytics.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your active subscription and grant access to subscriber-only content.
- To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
- To respond to your support requests if you contact us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
4. Local Storage
Al-Haqq stores the following data in your browser's local storage to provide app functionality. This data never leaves your device:
- Your subscriber access token (used to verify access without re-entering your email).
- Your mastery progress, bookmarks, streak count, and drill mode results.
- Your font size and display preferences.
You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for alhaqq.it.com.
5. Cookies
Al-Haqq does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar service. The only data stored in your browser is local storage as described in Section 4.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Al-Haqq:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions. Netlify Privacy Policy
- Google Fonts — font delivery. Google Privacy Policy
These services have their own privacy policies and data practices. We encourage you to review them.
7. Your Rights Under PIPEDA (Canada)
As a Canadian-operated service, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Withdraw consent and request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal and contractual obligations).
- Know how your information is used and to whom it has been disclosed.
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) if you believe your rights have been violated.

8. Data Retention
We retain your email address only as long as you have an active Stripe subscription. When your subscription ends and is fully closed, your data is retained only as long as required by Stripe's data retention policies and applicable Canadian law. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
9. Children's Privacy
Al-Haqq is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
10. Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Subscriber access tokens are generated using HMAC-SHA256 and are not stored on our servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Al-Haqq after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
